Alhamdulillah, after having a PayPal transaction, not long after that I received an email confirmed my transaction from LaneHost. In transaction details it says my payment was done via MoneyBooker. What, moneybooker??? But I did my transaction using PayPal??? Ah…whatever, the important thing my invoice status is paid.
Then, when Kabonfootprint Webmaster tried to entered into their temporal IP Address given to access Web Host Manager (WHM), there’s a little surprised comes up. A new Mozilla Firefox 3 released 17 June 2008 ago, showing an unfamiliar warning. Here’s the screenshot. For you using Mozilla Firefox 3, you may try this IP Address.
Because having strange result, then I try to submit ticket on June 21, 2008. Really nice, their excellent services makes the ticket (status HIGH) is not answered until today. And finally, their technical department’s live chat is also not answering aka died like any other departments.
In deeply sorry, this post I wrote to remind my lost on 4 Dedicated IP Address which no longer I can get.
Fellas, if you not believing what I wrote, please, go to WehHostingTalk’s forums and read yourself their review about this webhosting. If you still have a doubt, try to have transaction yourself with them and then tell the result to me. FYI, I’ve got the information about LaneHost from a friend of mine who have bought a Reseller Package from them. But the most important thing about this webhosting which Kabonfootprint Webmaster didn’t get from my friend that LaneHost support is awfull. My friend must wait for 4 days to get his IP Address which should be his rights. Meanwhile, he himself didn’t experience with Web Forgery warning because still using MFF 2.14.
